This site is informational and does not sell travel. It takes no bookings, accepts no payment and forms no package travel contract. Prices shown are indicative and are not a binding offer. The details of the organising company and its travel agency licence number will be published here before booking opens, and no place can be contracted until then.
ESTANES is a trade name. Using this site implies acceptance of these terms. All content, text, photographs and distinctive signs belong to their owner and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We only process what you give us in the enquiry form: your name, your email, and optionally the country you write from, how many of you there are, and your message. The purpose is one thing only: to answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to send you information about the journey.
We do not profile you, we make no automated decisions, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
Your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering a request for information ahead of a possible contract.
The form is processed by Web3Forms, acting as data processor, which does nothing but deliver the message to us by email. Our email and hosting are provided by Hostinger. We do not pass your data to anyone else and we do not sell it.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Doing so sends your IP address to Google, which may process it outside the European Economic Area. No cookie is set as a result.
For as long as the conversation lasts, and afterwards for the period legally required to cover possible liabilities. If no booking follows, enquiries are deleted one year after the last contact.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to enquiries@estanesjourneys.com and saying which one you want to exercise. You may withdraw your consent whenever you wish, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
This site sets no cookies. None of our own and none from third parties: no analytics, no advertising, no social media. There are no audience measurement tools installed, which is why you see no consent banner. There is nothing to consent to.
The only request that leaves our server is the one for typefaces from Google Fonts described above, which transmits your IP address but leaves nothing on your device. If analytics tools are added in future, this page will be updated and your consent will be asked for first.
